YOKALOKA MATUTE

At Yokaloka, every dish is born from the fire.

We work around the concept of ‘terroir’: the unique character that arises from the land, the climate, the topography, the altitude and the human touch that brings each product to life.

We respect the origins of every ingredient and express this through Japanese technique, sensitivity and fire.

This building was constructed in 1890, during the Meiji and Taisho periods in Japan.

Part of the décor, the music, some of the drinks and the inspiration for certain dishes also stem from that era and the fusion of Japanese and Western influences.

From the earth to the fire.
From Japan to Spain.
